Delivery

Delivery of orders that are booked and confirmed shipped as standard from our production / storage within a time frame of 2-5 days. Our generel shipping time is usually 1-2 days. Cases where the order cannot be delivered complete, the contracting entity informed and info about the expected delivery conveyed.

Shipment:

Freight rates aren’t flat rate as we try to offer the cheapest freight of decent quality. There may be delays in delivery, as road conditions and logistics can sometimes be a challenge for our carriers.

Warranty

InterSign doesn’t give any product warranty other than passing on to Customer the warranty, given from Manufacturer.

InterSign shall have no obligation for breach of warranty if the alleged defect or non-conformance is found to have occurred as a result of environmental or stress testing, misuse, neglect, improper installation, accident or as a result of improper repair, alteration, modification, storage, transportation or improper handling.

InterSign uses bring-in service. Customer create an RMA on InterSign Support, after which a ticket number is received. Products are sent to our address for treatment. InterSign pay the freight back to the customer.

Damage:

Goods received as damaged must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after the 3 days, Inter Sign doesn’t vouch for any conflicts between the carrier and insurance
